We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
Telegram is the only third party involved — all interactions occur through Telegram's platform. See Telegram's Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any other party.
We retain your data for as long as you use the service. If you request deletion via /deletedata, your personal data is removed immediately and permanently.
You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Send /deletedata to the respective bot and follow the confirmation prompt. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Data is stored on a private server in the EU. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic. Database access is restricted to the application layer only.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For data deletion: send /deletedata to the bot you used.
For payment issues: send /paysupport followed by your message (e.g. /paysupport Stars were charged but chips were not credited). Your message will be forwarded to us directly.
