This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our Telegram Mini Apps and bots operated at pychampion.site: Video Poker (@VideoPokerMiniAppBot), Teen Patti, and Book My Time (@BookMyTimeBot).

1. Data We Collect

We receive the following data from Telegram when you open a Mini App or interact with a bot:

Telegram user ID, first name, last name, username, language code
Premium subscription status (used only to tailor the UI)

Each app additionally stores:

Video Poker (@VideoPokerMiniAppBot)
Chip balance, game statistics (hands played, win history, cup level), Telegram Stars payment records, monthly winner records, notification preferences.

Teen Patti
Chip balance, game statistics, referral tracking data, ad interaction records, Telegram Stars payment records.

Book My Time (@BookMyTimeBot)
For masters: business name, slug, timezone, address, weekly availability schedule, service definitions, subscription and Telegram Stars payment records.
For clients: booking history (appointment times, service, status), language preference.

2. Why We Collect It

All data is collected solely to operate the services you use:

Maintaining your game balance and progress
Processing Telegram Stars purchases and subscriptions
Sending booking confirmations and reminders
Displaying leaderboards and referral rewards

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

3. Third Parties

Telegram is the only third party involved — all interactions occur through Telegram's platform. See Telegram's Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any other party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you use the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g. total games played) may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time. Send /deletedata to the respective bot and follow the confirmation prompt. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

6. Security

Data is stored on a private server in the EU. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic. Database access is restricted to the application layer only.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
